You can obtain the software directly from our software download page. The software will also be available on Oracle and AWS cloud Marketplaces.
Discounts are available for select customers who opt for annual subscription instead of monthly subscription. Please contact us and let us know the number of users who will be using the software. Someone from Falcon Deploy team will get back to you.
We currently do not charge for support. We are a startup and currently our support is limited to bug fixes. Bug fix support is limited to customers who maintain an active subscription of Falcon Deploy license. Customers can reach us through the ‘Contact us’ form provided in our website at https://f-d.io/contact. The messages coming through this channel are closely monitored. We are able to provide free email support on a reasonable, best possible basis. Response times can vary depending on the volume of inquiries and the nature of the request.
For Community Edition users, we offer extensive documentation, guides, demos and documentation on fixes for known issues.
For Enterprise Editions, you can manage your subscription online at https://f-d.io. This includes creating subscriptions, updating your payment method, accessing invoices and cancelling your subscription.
You can cancel anytime by logging into your account at https://f-d.io. There is no contract or cancellation fee with Falcon Deploy.
At Falcon Deploy, we treat PCI compliance as an integral part of the way we do business. When accepting payments on our website, we do so in a PCI compliant manner. Payment card data never hits our servers. It is securely transmitted from the user’s browser to our PCI compliant payment processor (Stripe Inc.) where it is encrypted (AES-256) and stored to be used for payment processing.
Yes. Falcon Deploy can be launched from Oracle Cloud Marketplace. In just a few clicks you can have an instance provisioned in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Click here for details.
